Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2019, at around 00:03, the Defendant driven a rocketing car with the alcohol concentration of 0.176% from the blood alcohol level to the front day of the apartment house from the original city B apartment Cdong to the front day of the same apartment house.
