Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2016, from around 10:42 to 11:35 on the same day, the Defendant considered the victim as the Hague in the office of the Defendant of the fifth floor located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

After the message, the Defendant sent the victim the text message “ ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

The Defendant’s act is committed in light of various circumstances, such as the following circumstances: (a) the details and methods of notifying text messages and the method of expression; (b) the Defendant and the victim’s attitude; (c) the Defendant’s attitude at the time, the situation before and after, and after, the Defendant’s attitude; and (d) relations and status.
