A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the victim C (M, 31 years of age) and the victim D (M, 57 years of age) who was killed in around 2010 for about six months, and the mother of the victim C.

피고인은 2013년 경 피해자 D의 카카오 톡 프로 필 사진을 통해 피해자 C이 결혼을 준비하고 있다는 사실을 알고, 피고인이 피해자와 사귈 당시에 나체 상태로 찍었던 사진 등을 피해자들에게 전송하고 마치 피해자 C과 결혼 예정인 남자에게 피고인이 피해자 C와 사귀었던 사실, 피해자 C의 과거 행적 등을 말하여 피해자 C의 결혼 생활에 위해를 가할 것처럼 피해자들을 협박하기로 마음먹었다.

1. From April 17, 2014, around 01:16, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim D at the Defendant’s house located in Sungsung-gun E, Namsung-gun, using smartphonephone Kakakao Stockholm, thereby making the Defendant “at least know of how to live, and is well scheduled to prepare for collection” to the Defendant.

“Along with the content, the victim sent text messages that seem to be harmful to the victim’s married life,” and sent them to the victim five times in total from that time until June 23, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes, and threatened the victim.

2. On September 28, 2016, at around 00:57 around 00:57, the Defendant committed a crime against Victim C, using smartphones at a place of paragraph 1, the Defendant left the Defendant only to find out the truth.

He sent the text message that seems to be harmful to the marriage life of the victim's father and wife C, and threatened the victim.
