A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any access medium, borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute it while demanding or promising to receive any access medium or pay any consideration.

On June 22, 2017, the Defendant would pay KRW 300,000 per month if he/she borrowed the passbook because he/she is in need of a sports earth charging account from his/her name-free person.

“In receipt of the proposal, at around 17:00 on the same day, Kwikset Service Articles who sent the above name in front of the withdrawal No. 4 of the last month in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, 2 A, one copy of the Cock Card connected to the account (B) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant promised to receive compensation and lent the approaching media.
