A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2016, the Defendant sent the envelope (C) with Kwikkset Service, which indicated the instant password (C) and its password.

As a result, the Defendant promised to pay for the lending of electronic financial transaction access media.
