A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no one shall lend any access medium with the promise of compensation in using and managing any medium access to electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, on November 2016, the Defendant, before the Defendant’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 403, issued a copy of the eck card in relation to the Defendant’s name, to the Defendant’s bank account (C) with the proposal that “it is necessary to operate a private sports earth company, and the account to be used in opening and withdrawing members is to be paid KRW 2 million in the month, if the account is leased to the members, then the Defendant issued a copy of the eck card connected to the Defendant’s bank account (C).

As a result, the Defendant promised to pay for, lent the electronic financial transaction access media.
