A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 도로 교통법위반( 음주 운전) 및 도로 교통법위반( 무면허 운전) 피고인은 2017. 7. 15. 23:52 경 목포시 대반 동에 있는 상호 불상의 주점 앞 도로에서부터 같은 시 원산로 59번 길 42에 있는 벧 엘 원룸 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 2km 구간에서 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고 혈 중 알코올 농도 0.258% 의 술에 취한 상태로 B 소나타 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. 사 서명 위조 및 위조사 서명행사 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일 시경 목포시 원산로 59번 길 42에 있는 벧 엘 원룸 앞에서 전 남 목포 경찰서 C 파출소 소속 순경 D에게 음주 운전 사실이 적발된 후 D이 작성한 주 취 운전자 정황 진술보고서의 운전자 란에 피고인의 지인 E의 이름을 기재하고 무인한 후 이를 그 정을 모르는 D에게 제시하였다.
