A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven C in a state of alcohol alcohol leveling 0.166% of alcohol level while under the influence of around 00:27, Seocheon-si, B, 2018 without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) the Defendant driven C in a state of alcohol leveling 0.166% of alcohol level in front of his/her blood.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), was aware of his/her driving license by driving alcohol from the slope E belonging to the Busan High Police Station D, the Defendant himself/herself was on the part of his/her own, who was demanded to present his/her driving license.

F resident registration number of F, and the National Police Agency entered the results of the crackdown on drinking driving from the above E into the National Police Agency, and followed the request for signature by the Defendant as F, and sign the above PDA with F’s name. On the bottom of the State driver’s circumstantial statement report, blood collection consent, and confirmation letter, each of the above E puts another’s signature for the purpose of enabling the Defendant to sign and exercise his name when the Defendant was F.

3. The Defendant: (a) forged F’s signature as described in the foregoing paragraph 2 at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) presented that F’s signature was forged to the foregoing E and exercised it as if it was genuine.
