Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to export, import, take out, or bring in international endangered species and products processed therefrom shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment, and shall neither capture, collect, transfer, or arrange for transfer, or arrange for transfer, or possess, or display transfer, of, globally endangered species and products processed therefrom, the permission of the Minister of Environment;

Nevertheless, around 18:00 on April 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 1.5 million to C’s “D” animal camera; and (b) taken over KRW 1 500,000 from C’s International decrison, which is an international decrisoned species sealed by C; (c) transferred KRW 8.5,00 to E’s account in the name of E designated by C around 11:29 on July 4, 2015; and (d) transferred KRW 8.50,00 to the Busan Central bus Terminal located in 2238,000, as of the same day, at the Busan Central Fri-gu, Busan Central Bank of Korea, as of 19:00, at the Busan Central Bank of Korea, the Defendant acquired KRW 1,500,000 by taking over “Srofei sublim,” an international deconed type of deciled international bus sent via C’s express bus bus her.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired the international endangered species 2 mae, which was not permitted by the Minister of Environment.

2. A person who intends to raise internationally endangered species prescribed by Presidential Decree in order to protect internationally endangered species and create a healthy breeding environment shall be equipped with adequate breeding facilities and register with the Minister of Environment;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 30, 2015 to May 12, 2016, did not register with the Minister of Environment, at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Shipping Daegu F103 Dong 503, the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, raises one set of pigs, “one set of the international endangered species,” and without registering with the Minister of Environment from July 4, 2015 to May 12, 2016, is an international endangered species acquired from C, as described in paragraph 1.
