Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an animal experience camera with the trade name "C" in Gyeonggi-do.

1. A person who intends to raise internationally endangered species shall have his/her breeding facilities adequate for registration with the Minister of Environment;

Nevertheless, on October 2017, the Defendant raised the international endangered species, which require the registration of breeding facilities, at the Kafin, in a breeding facility without registering 2 Man-ri and Man-ri and Man-ri (Man-ri and Man-ri and Man-ri and Man-ri and Man-ri and Man-ri (Man-ri and Man-ri).

2. A person who intends to import internationally endangered species without permission shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment, and no person shall transfer, acquire, own, occupy, or display internationally endangered species without permission from the Minister of Environment;

Nevertheless, around October 2017, the Defendant occupied or displayed a total of 19 mae species of international endangered species, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, such as the Republic of Korea, etc., without obtaining permission from the Minister of Environment.

1. It is so ordered as per Disposition for the reason of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
