1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,352,206 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 3, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1-4, the Plaintiff supplied metal products to the Defendant from July 2015 to October 201, and the remainder of the price of the goods is recognized as constituting 55,352,206.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 5,352,206 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 3, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.

The defendant asserts that since the plaintiff collected metal products supplied on October 8, 2015 and processed products supplied by the plaintiff, the amount should be deducted from this part. However, the defendant's assertion is without merit because there is no evidence to acknowledge this.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
