1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,783,750 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 13, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff supplied salt, etc. to the defendant from January 2, 2016 to May 2017, and the remainder of the price can be recognized as constituting 64,783,750 won. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 13, 2017 to the day of full payment after serving the original copy of the payment order.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
