1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,451,700 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 18, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including paper numbers), the plaintiff supplied the goods to the defendant from August 2010 to November 2015, and the remaining balance of the goods after deducting the amount repaid from the defendant to April 2015 is recognized as 50,451,70.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50,451,700 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 18, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
