1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and C are children of G.

B. 1) G around February 13, 2018, Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”)

B) As between the insured and G, the beneficiary was a statutory heir at the time of death, the period of insurance is one year, and the insured’s bereaved family’s benefits and funeral expenses’s total amount of KRW 56,000,000 when the insured died due to an agricultural safety accident or an agricultural safety disease (hereinafter “instant Type 1 insurance”).

(2) On March 11, 2014, G entered into a “I” agreement with Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”), which provides that the insured is G, the beneficiary shall be a statutory heir at the time of death, the insurance period shall be five years, and the insured shall be paid KRW 5,00,000 in the event of an injury (emergency accident).
