1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are children of the deceased I (J students, death on January 15, 2017, and hereinafter “the deceased”).

B. On May 20, 2016, the Deceased entered into a contract with the Defendant for an agricultural NH safety insurance (hereinafter “instant insurance”) with the content that: (a) the insured is the deceased; (b) the beneficiary as the statutory heir upon the death; (c) the period of insurance is one year; and (d) the bereaved family’s benefits and funeral expenses in the event of the death of the insured due to an agricultural safety accident; and (b) the amount of KRW 121,00,0

C. The main contents of the instant insurance terms are as follows.

Article 3 [Definition of Work Safety Disaster] In this Agreement, the term "work safety disaster" means an accident that occurs during the work for agriculture as provided for in the "Scope of Work for Agriculture" (see attached Table 2) and that is provided for in the Disaster Classification Table (see attached Table 3) (hereinafter referred to as "work safety disaster").

Article 9 [Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money] The Company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to an insured beneficiary (see attached Table 1) if any of the following causes occurs to the insured; 1. Where an insured worker dies due to an agricultural safety accident or an agricultural safety disease during the insurance period (see attached Table 2).

1. The term "agricultural work" means a work conducted for the purpose of agriculture, which falls under any one of the following items:

Work following the cultivation of food crops, vegetables, vegetables, fruit products, fruit trees, fruit rooms, flowers, special medicinal crops, puter and milk crops, feed crops, bio-energy crops, seeds, mulberry trees, mulberry trees, and ornamental water trees.

2. The term "work" referred to in subparagraph 1 means any of the following:

Moving of agricultural machinery between residential and agricultural places of work.

(b) Agricultural transportation operations between residential places, agricultural places, and forwarding places;

(c) Processing, sorting, building and packing for shipping agricultural products;

D. On January 14, 2017, the Deceased is the Deceased around 14:00.
