1. On September 3, 1996, it is confirmed that recognition against the defendant who reported to the head of the Busan Eastdong office is null and void.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person.

The order is as set forth in the text.

In light of the overall purport of the discourses No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4-1, No. 2, and No. 5 of the evidence No. 1, No. 2-2, and No. 5, the Defendant’s mother, without marriage relationship with the Defendant, gave birth to the Defendant without marriage relationship, and reported the birth of the Defendant under this name. The Defendant’s mother, who thereafter, reported the marriage of this Plaintiff on September 2, 1996, and the Plaintiff reported the recognition of the Defendant as indicated on the following day (the Defendant’s performance was changed to the Plaintiff’s performance).

According to the above facts of recognition, recognition made by the plaintiff against the defendant is null and void as it is against a person who is not a natural father, and there is a benefit to seek confirmation from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted with reasonable grounds.
