1. The plaintiff and the defendant are divorced.

2. The Defendant shall pay consolation money of KRW 10 million to the Plaintiff plus 5% per annum from April 20, 201 to June 24, 2011; and 20% per annum from the following day to the full payment date.

3. The plaintiff shall be designated as a person with parental authority and a custodian of the principal of the case.

4. The Defendant shall pay 600,000 won as child support to the Plaintiff as of June 24, 2011 to May 10, 2017, and 300,000 won as of the end of each month from the day when the Plaintiff’s payment was made to October 13, 2021.

5. The plaintiff's remaining claims are dismissed.

6. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
