A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

and the facts constituting the cause of the attachment order [criminal facts]

1. Around 12:00 on July 3, 2012, the Defendant and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order against the victim J (hereinafter “Defendant”) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, by taking the victim J (the age 17) who was returning home due to taking clothes from the stairs of the second floor of multi-household house located in K in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Masan-si, with a view to committing an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by force, and by taking the victim’s left hand after taking up his/her knife with his/her knife, and by taking up his/her knife with his/her knife’s hand, committing an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. On July 3, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) against the victim L, committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim L (the 16-year-old age), who was returning home without taking clothes from the stairs of the third floor of multi-household dwelling in Ansan-gu M, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, by forcing him/her to commit an indecent act against the victim (the 16-year-old age-).

3. On July 3, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) against the victim N, committed an indecent act by forcing the victim N (the 16-year-old age), who was returning home to the second floor of multi-household housing in Ansan-si M, Ansan-si, with a view to forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim N (the 16-year-old age-). The Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim to do his/her chest with his/her left hand.

4. On September 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victimO on September 11, 2012 against the victim’s violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse; (b) on September 22, 2012, the Defendant took the victim’s O (the 16-year old), who was walking along the front side of Qmaart P in Ansan-gu P, Ansan-si; and (c) took the victim’s milch with his/her left hand, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by force.
