When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B TraXG car.

Without entering into a new renewal contract even though the mandatory insurance contract term of August 21, 2008 has expired,

(a) On April 17, 2012, around 04:38, 201, in front of the moving dump bomb (Insular-water) of the upstream-gu, Ansan-si (Insular-water).

B. At around 18:31 on July 14, 2012, at 150 meters (insan) from the discharge bank of a gas station in Silung-si C.

(c) At around 14:27 on February 10, 2013, at 4, Namdong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City:

D. From May 1, 2013, around 06:11, at the 150m (bansan) the charging bank of the gas station located in Silung-si C at Silung-si.

E. At around 06:30 on July 12, 2013, at 150 meters (insan) from the discharge bank of a gas station in Silung-si C at Silung-si.

(f) At the time of the moving of the permanent salary bomb in Ansan-si around July 18, 2013 (insular-water), around 21:28, 2013;

(g) Within the Nowon-gu's Permanent Exposure (Insular-water) around August 19, 2013, around 20:35, in the front of the Nowon-gu's Permanent Exposure (Insular-water).
