Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From May 20, 2010, the Defendant served together at the victim B (n, 47 years of age) and the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Seoul apartment sales office.

1. On May 22, 2010, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the road located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by forcing the victim to commit indecent act, while getting on and off a car driven by the victim for outside the road, by drinking the victim’s shoulder with his/her hand, and by drinking the victim’s bucks and bucks.

On May 2010, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the stairs of the office for selling apartment buildings in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of inducing indecent act by force, and by forcing the victim to use the victim’s fingers, and by using the victim’s chests.
