A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Nos. 1-1, 2, 3-1, and 9 of seized evidence shall be named respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"200 Highest 1297"
1. On February 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around February 23, 2020, in front of the “D cafeteria” operated by the Victim C in Jeju-si; (b) opened a corrected entrance and intrude into a restaurant; and (c) cut off the cash amounting to KRW 110,000, which is owned by the victim and kept in the safe of the State bank.
In addition, from that time until March 26, 2020, the Defendant invadedd a structure at night on a total of nine occasions, such as the attached Table 1, and attempted to steals or steals cash, etc. equivalent to a total of 55,000 won, from that time to March 23, 2020.
2. On June 29, 2019, from around 20:25 to 20:40, the Defendant: (a) cut off 8 ice cream equivalent to 80,000 won in total of the market price of the victim G owned by the Defendant, which was located in the “F” convenience store located in Ma in Ma in si from around 20:0 to around 20:40; and (b) using the gaps in which the surveillance of employees inside the facility was neglected, she cut off 80,000 won.

1. At around 09:50 to 09:54 on February 26, 2020, the Defendant entering a building: (a) opened a door in which the victim I managed by Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, for the purpose of theft of other property in which the victim did not correct the victim’s jobs; and (b) intrudes the victim’s structure into that door.
2. The Defendant stolen the victim I’s cash worth worth KRW 350,000, which was kept in an electronic and simple credit cooperative on his/her own account at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

1. On March 19, 2020, at around 09:15, the Defendant was in front of the “M” restaurant managed by the Victim L in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and opened a cafeteria and intrudes into the restaurant by putting the corrected gate in hand for the purpose of theft of money and valuables, and then taking 56,000 won of cash, which is the victim’s possession, kept in the cafeteria’s depository using the gap where the victim’s management was neglected.
