A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion and larceny at the Gwangju District Court on September 13, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on March 11, 2014.

1. On July 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 07:40 on July 15, 2014, the victim D in Gwangju Seo-gu, opened an unlocked toilet window and intruded into it beyond its windows; and (b) went to include 130,000 won of cash owned by the victim F, who was able to receive and disburse money, in the Defendant’s flag by withdrawing the cost amount of cash 130,000 won, which was 130,000 won, the victim F, who was able to receive and disburse money, as the main point is calculated.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim D, and stolen the victim F's property.

2. On August 27, 2014, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked toilet; (b) went beyond the windows; and (c) intruded into the said ones; and (d) went through a toilet as the main point is calculated; and (b) took cash amounting to KRW 1,00,000, which is the victim F owned by the victim F, who was in the receipt and disbursement of money, by taking out the amount of KRW 1,00,000, which is the victim F, which was in the receipt and disbursement of money.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim D, and stolen the victim F's property.

3. On September 3, 2014, the Defendant, on September 3, 2014, went into the “I” restaurant for the operation of the Victim H in Seo-gu, Gwangju on September 07:45, 2014, and went into the “I” restaurant, which was operated by the victim of the victim H in Gwangju-gu, and went into the said restaurant beyond the window outside the outside, and went into the 60,000 won of cash, which was owned by the victim who was able to receive and disburse money, as the cafeteria was passed, and then came into the cafeteria.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

4. On September 6, 2014, at night, the Defendant for theft of a structure: (a) around 06:00, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 3, cafeterias without a locking point leading to the outside.
