A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant committed the following crimes in a state that mental retardation has a weak ability to distinguish things or make decisions:
1. Larceny against victims C;
A. On January 1, 2012, the Defendant, at around 08:00-09:00, stolen a bag containing 500,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession of another place, at the entrance of the Escopic Escopic distribution managed by the victim C in Nam-gu, Busan, at the entrance of the Escopic distribution managed by the victim C.

2. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
3.
