A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 15, 2013, the Defendant forged public document: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si B B 301, the Defendant stored a motor vehicle registration certificate of the DNAS car living together with the Defendant; (b) entered “A” and “E” in the owner’s name column appearing on the computer screen; and (c) output it.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a registration certificate in the name of the Si interest market, which is a public document.

2. At around 18:00 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) borrowed money from G by offering the said D D D D D D D D D’s car as security; (b) exercised it as if the registration certificate, which is a forged public document, was issued genuinely.

3. The defrauded, as stated in paragraph (2), was the date and place indicated in paragraph (2), and as stated in paragraph (2), the Defendant deceptioned the Victim G as if the Defendant was the owner of the said NAS car, and was transferred 6.50,000 won from the victim as a deposit account in the name of the Defendant’s bank on June 15, 2013.

4. On June 16, 2013, around 00:52, the Defendant: (a) used an auxiliary smart key in possession of the victim’s possession of the foregoing DNS car, which discovered an amount equivalent to KRW 22 million at the market price of the said DNS car owned by the victim, by arbitrarily providing it as security to the victim G without obtaining the consent of C; and (b) used it for a auxiliary smart key in possession of the said DNS car, which was in possession of the victim.
