Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

(Defendant A) The defendant A is a representative director of the H which is in Si-si, G, and has overall control over the overall operation of the company.

1. When the Defendant received services, such as field experience studies, from the elementary, middle, and high schools located in Sinpo-si, and provided a vehicle for transporting students, the Defendant failed to secure all of the vehicles that conform to the terms and conditions of the contract even though he was requested by the relevant school to provide a vehicle corresponding to the chartered bus type stated in the contract for the safety of students, he/she had the intention to submit it to the school by altering the registration certificate indicating the tobacco formula of a partially old bus and the initial registration date, etc. as if they were more new than the actual annual formula.

On September 201, the Defendant copied the registration certificate of a bus in 2005-type vehicle and the registration certificate of a bus number I (2003-type bus) with one copy for the purpose of exercising it at the above H office. After well showing the figure of “2005” indicating the annual food of the above 2005-type vehicle registration certificate, the Defendant changed the copy of the above bus registration certificate in the name of the public document in the wood-type market using a new copy after attaching the figure of “2005” on the number of “203” of the 105-type vehicle registration certificate of the reproduced I bus, and thereafter thereafter, submitted it to the staff of the public official of the H office of the public document from that time to November 2013, the Defendant changed the registration certificate of a bus in the name of the public document by using the same method as the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendant, on September 201, submitted a copy of the I motor vehicle registration certificate altered in the administrative office of the North Bapoon Elementary School on September 201, to a staff member in charge of the said motor vehicle, and the said motor vehicle is based on the vehicle type standards presented at the time of concluding the student transport service contract.
