Punishment of the crime

In the event an elementary school, a middle school, or a high school in Incheon Metropolitan City calls for long-distance school travel, etc., it is common to place a condition on a charter bus lease agreement with a charter bus transport company, and the school side shall use a bus which does not exceed 3 through 5 years (or 7 years) on the ground of student safety.

However, as the period of school travel, etc. is concentrated around A, there is a sudden increase in bus demand or the bus shortage due to a vehicle trouble, etc., the school failed to meet the conditions of the special agreement on the side of the school. As such, the school changed the bus registration certificate by a copy of the vehicle registration certificate, thereby allowing the school to be exempted from liability for the failure of the contract by sending a copy of the vehicle registration certificate altered to the school.

The defendant is a person who operates C, a corporation established for the purpose of chartered bus transportation business, etc. in Gyeonggi City, B.

On December 12, 2011 through January 2012, the Defendant copied the registration certificate in the name of the Si interest market with respect to D (2005 Form) vehicles at the above C Office, entered and printed out “7” as a computer program, and then changed the above “7” in the form of a copy of the registration certificate reproduced as above in order to exercise the registration certificate in the name of the Si interest market by re-printed it. On the same day, the Defendant sent a copy of the altered registration certificate to the employees of the Office in charge of the Si interest market in the name of the Si interest market by facsimile as seen above.
