A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of C, and the victim D (n, 34 years old) is the above C's accounting staff.

1. From May 16, 2016 to May 28, 2016, at around 10:30, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the part of the victim, who was aboard a vehicle with the victim, in order to confirm on-site inspection for the completion of the construction site of the IG Genz located in the immediately preceding Kimhae-si, within the passenger car capacity of the F elementary school located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si; (b) he was able to commit an indecent act by force against the victim, with the victim’s left hand who was seated in the front line with his intent to commit an indecent act by force.

2. I agree that the defect will be loaded.

On the other hand, while a vehicle stops after receiving a signal, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by having the victim knee knee kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne.

4. From May 16, 2016 to May 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported the victims, who were in K at Kimhae-si, and (b) had a water purifier in C’s office, and tried to force the victims to commit an indecent act; (c) induced the victims from behind the victim’s own arms to the victim’s own arms; and (d) had the victim play in the office where he spreads.
