1. 강제 추행 미수 피고인은 2016. 2. 8. 23:35 경 광명 시 E에 있는, F 초등학교 옆 횡단보도에서, 귀가 중이 던 피해자 G( 여, 20세) 을 발견하고는 추행하기로 마음먹고 피해자를 뒤쫓아가다가 인적이 없는 횡단보도에서 피해자에게 다가가 껴안으려 하였으나 이를 눈치챈 피해자가 먼저 소리치며 피하는 바람에 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
