1. Of the instant lawsuit, the said court rendered a compulsory auction case for real estate C with the Gwangju District Court of Gwangju District on May 16, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 4, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking the payment of outstanding amount of KRW 76,800,000 out of the total amount of KRW 310,000,00 of the total amount of KRW 310,000 supplied to D as Gwangju District Court Maritime Branch Branch 2014Gadan2720, Nov. 17, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive.

The defendant applied for a payment order for the payment order for KRW 200,000,000,000 won in total and damages for delay, supplied to D on November 20, 2012 and November 20, 2013, as Gwangju District Court Decision 2015Guj55, and the payment order for the same purport was issued on February 5, 2015, and the above payment order was finalized as is.

The Plaintiff, the Defendant, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Agricultural Cooperatives Federation”), the Fisheries Cooperatives Federation in the Full River (hereinafter referred to as the “FFFF”) and the Agricultural Cooperatives Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “NFF”) shall receive a provisional attachment order with respect to each fishing vessel and each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the “each real estate of this case”) as follows from June 13, 2014 to May 29, 2015:

The Agricultural Cooperative Federation filed an application for a compulsory auction with respect to each of the instant real estate with the Gwangju District Court J innam Branch, and on May 1, 2015, the executing court decided to commence the procedure for compulsory auction (hereinafter “instant procedure for compulsory auction”).

On May 16, 2016, a court of execution prepared a distribution schedule stating that the amount of KRW 42,741,590 to be distributed actually on the date of distribution of the procedure for compulsory auction of this case was as follows, but the plaintiff raised an objection against the amount of distribution of the defendant, and filed the lawsuit of this case on May 20, 2016.
