Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) indicated “D”, “E”, and “D” in the applicant’s customer column on each page of the service contract, which was kept at the “C” mobile phone sales store located in the Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and each page of the contract for short-term installment sale; (b) indicated “D”, “E”, “E”, and “D” in the applicant’s customer column using a verification color pen; and (c) signed “D” on each applicant’s side.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant set forth three chapters of new service contracts, short-term installment trading contracts, social discounts, and TTS social discounts in the name of private document D, which are private documents related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, held the aforementioned investigation document as follows: (a) as if he/she was a document duly formed with a false service contract, short-term installment trading contract, and a written confirmation of subscription to the Spanish social discount and TTL, each of the following events were held at each mobile phone sales store employees who were not aware of the forgery.

3. The defrauded, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, presented a forged service contract, short-term installment trading contract, Spanish social discount, and TLS social discount, and deceiving mobile phone sales staff who could not know their names as if they were aware of legitimate authority to enter the mobile phone in their names.

The defendant received from the above mobile phone sales staff the 453,000 won of the market price from the above mobile phone sales staff (M240S) as the mobile phone opening, and acquired the above mobile phone sales staff from the victim's name which is the operator of the above mobile phone sales store.
