1. The Defendant’s KRW 404,209,281 as well as 5% per annum from April 12, 2014 to May 15, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Circumstances leading to the dispute of this case;

A. The status of the Plaintiff is a company mainly engaged in the supply of piping materials used in a petroleum chemical plant. The Defendant (hereinafter “C”) is a company that mainly engages in the construction of a petroleum chemical plant pipeline facility.

From November 2004, when D, the representative director of the Plaintiff was an individual entrepreneur, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with small amount of piping material in the amount of KRW 2,000,000 to KRW 3,00,000.

B. E’s order and Plaintiff’s supply 1) E worked at the Defendant’s leisure-use office from November 2007 to August 2008, 2009, and from February 2009 to March 2010, work in F from March 2010 to July 2010. From August 2010, the Defendant’s temporary materials management division and the regular materials management division division were the Defendant’s temporary materials management division from August 201 to January 201. 2) L branch chemical (hereinafter “L branch chemical”) found the Plaintiff from May 2010 to the field of design, material supply and construction work (hereinafter “instant construction”).

E, around August 2010, the Plaintiff’s business director, stated that the Defendant may order H, the Plaintiff’s business director, and the Defendant requested the Plaintiff, the materials supplier company, to make an estimate in preparation for the receipt of piping-related construction during the instant construction.

3) Although the Defendant failed to order the instant pipeline-related construction from the ELGmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

(4) On January 17, 2011, the Plaintiff prepared and sent to the Plaintiff. (4) On January 17, 201, the Plaintiff supplied “PIPE A312-TPP304 EFW/10S BE 2” to I as shown in the attached Table.
