A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

around September 2017 to October 2017, the Defendant, at the above residence, entered the victim (the 11 years of age) who reported a mobile phone by putting the cell phone in the bed, leading the victim (the 11 years of age) back to that address, put the hand in the victim's inner part against the victim's will, and putting the hand in the panty.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

E. At around November 2017, the Defendant is in the room of the Defendant and the Defendant’s room.
