A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was divorced from his wife in around 2008 as the father of the victim C (n, 12 years of age) and was living with the victim and son at the home of the defendant.

The defendant had experienced the desire of the victim and committed an indecent act by force against the age victim, but did not see himself/herself even if he/she committed an indecent act against him/her, and by using the fact that he/she cannot report himself/herself because there is no father other than the defendant who is his/her father.

1. Around February 2014, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant in Ansan-si, accumulated a plan in the side of the victim’s house located in Ansan-si, who was irreshed by the victim’s “non-take”, stored his hand in the part of the victim’s body refusing to take sound, stored his hand in his hand, her part in his part, and her part in his part, and her part into the victim’s entrance, and her part into the victim’s body.

Therefore, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is a minor under 13 years of kinship.

2. Around May 2014, the Defendant, at the time of the Dongdong-dong-si, made the victim’s refusal to enjoy a plan by the victim’s side at the Defendant’s house located in E, and forced to put the victim into a car within the victim’s entrance.

Therefore, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is a minor under 13 years of kinship.

3. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken measures to care of the Defendant’s house F in Andong-si F, while putting his hand in the victim’s clothes and flicking the victim’s clothes; and (b) crebling the victim’s chests at one time with other crebbb in the victim’s heart.

Therefore, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the minor victim under the age of 13.

4. On October 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the same day, at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, and around the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, the winter and the right side of the Victim’s house, and (b) the Defendant walking to the Defendant as a result of an outbreak; and (c) the Defendant’s entrance is the victim’s left chest.
