A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of three years and a short term of two years.

The defendant is a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a fluor of the victim B (one-year old), was living together with the victim B (one-year-old) and was living close to the church. At around 2014, the Defendant knew that the victim, who was 5 years old, lacks the victim's ability to distinguish and judge her her son, and did not actively oppose the Defendant's act, and used it to commit an indecent act by force.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act such as Minors;

A. On August 2, 2017 through December 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim (nine years of age at that time) in the third grade of elementary school was seated in the front door of the bus entrance; and (b) was seated in the front door of the victim, and was seated in the front door of the bus entrance of the victim, and became the victim’s her pande by inserting his hand into the front door of the victim’s panty.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent acts against a child under the age of 13 by force.

B. On December 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 24:00 on a Saturday on December 2, 2018, at around 24:0, at the residence of the victim of Gangnam-si (at that time, 10 years old); (b) while playing together with the victim’s omission, the victim was reported to go to the toilet; and (c) got the victim’s chest by hand; and (d) was her panty and her panty, and became the victim’s her son.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent acts against a child under the age of 13 by force.

C. On January 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on the date and at around 23:0, at the victim’s residence located in Gangnam-si (at that time, 10 years of age); (b) If the victim was at the victim’s home room in the first floor while playing together with the victim’s fault, the Defendant discovered the victim, and the Defendant was able to find the victim with his/her fingers, and the victim’s chests

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent acts against a child under the age of 13 by force.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor and similar act);

A. The Defendant from August 201 to December 12, 2017
