Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2013, around 18:30 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a relief, such as “accomponing the national quota and guaranteeing peace fighting,” with eight lanes in both directions, at the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, by the National Assembly (hereinafter “the National Assembly at the time of the National Assembly”) to respond to the NIS’s 110; (b) more than 1,000 participants of other assemblies; and (c) from around 20:53 of the same day to around 21:33 of the same day, the Defendant moved in eight lanes in both directions, namely, “accomponing the national quota and guaranteeing peace fighting.”

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. Around November 10, 2013, the Defendant, at around 14:00 on November 10, 2013, took part in the “National Workers’ Competition” organized by the Korean Democratic Workers’ Federation (hereinafter “Korean Workers’ Federation”) at the Seoul plaza located in the 110-gu Seoul Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul on November 10, 201, at around 16:20, with 15,00 participants of other assemblies, and 4 roads from the Seoul plaza to the direction of proceeding.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. From around December 22, 2013 to around 16:00 on the roads in front of the Seodaemun Station in the unification of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul from around 16:00 to around 16:30 on December 22, 2013, the Defendant occupied three lanes, including about 400 mothers, and three lanes, including the president and union members, in order to ensure that the police, at the time, entered the public-private partnership office located in the 13 to 15th floor of the "Mono Building" to execute arrest warrant related to illegal strike against the enforcement department, such as the president C, of the association.
