A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Criminal facts

1. Around 04:00 on December 26, 2012, the Defendant, a taxi driver, was informed of the violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape) by the victim C (the 17-year old), a juvenile, who was in contact with the taxi and became aware of the boarding of the taxi prior to towing, and the Defendant was making the taxi driven by the Defendant take the victim out of the taxi. The Defendant offered that “I am easy from the inn,” with the victim “E”, at around 05:10 on the same day, was administered to the 316 room of the “E” youth located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

The Defendant, at the above 316 room, she laid off the victim’s shoulder, laid off his clothes on a bend, she set off the victim’s shoulder, she, and expressed his/her intent to refuse sexual intercourse, such as “I am,” and “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am on the part of the victim’s body, thereby suppressing the victim’s resistance by preventing him/her from leaving his/her kick with one hand, who was on the part of the victim’s body.

The Defendant, at one hand, exceeded the victim’s lower rank, forced the victim’s knee, forced the victim to wear the victim’s bridge between knee and forced the victim’s knee, and inserted his sexual organ in the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ, thereby committing rape.

2. Around 19:00 on February 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against a juvenile victim, such as committing an indecent act, in a taxi driven by the Defendant, in front of the F parking lot located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) displayed a sense of identification on the victim G, a juvenile boarding the said taxi as a customer (the age of 15), who was a juvenile boarding the said taxi as a customer; and (c) rhn the victim’s chest with his own care and forced him; and (d) rhhn the victim’s chest part of his chest.
