Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On April 4, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim B and C made a false statement to the victim B and the victim of E entertainment tavern operated by the victim B and C, stating that “I would pay alcoholic beverages later on credit.”
However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any circumstances such as the construction at the time, and did not have any revenue, so even if he drinks on credit, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value properly to the victim.
