Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two months in Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 22, 2012.

1. Around March 16, 2012, the Defendant ordered the Defendant to pay the drinking value to the victim at the Eju shop operated by the victim D in Busan Sho-gu, Busan, even though the Defendant did not possess any means of payment, such as cash and credit card, and did not have an intent or ability to pay the drinking value.

The Defendant received from the victim the total amount of KRW 3,10,00,000 in the market price, such as two disease and service charges in both weeks.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property and acquired pecuniary benefits.

2. On April 13, 2012, around 01:15, the Defendant ordered “H main store” operated by the Victim G in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, by the victim G, and the Defendant ordered the Victim G to pay the price, as if he did not have any cash or credit card payment means, even if he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the price, as he/she did not pay the price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property or property benefits equivalent to the total market value of KRW 420,000,000,000,000 from the victim, by taking advantage of the victim's 300,000,000,000,000,000.

3. On June 16, 2012, at around 22:15, the Defendant: (a) stated the “Jju” located in the Busan Blue Zone I; and (b) stated that the Defendant, despite being provided with alcoholic beverages, did not have the intent or ability to pay the alcohol value, he/she ordered the said main manager to pay the alcohol value normally; and (c) received the alcohol and the alcohol in an amount equivalent to KRW 3.60,00,000 from the victim, and acquired it by deception.

4. The Defendant at around 20:20 on July 2, 2012, at the main point of “M” located in the Heung-gu L in the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu.
