1. On July 17, 2016, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to send the goods even if he/she received money from the victim B.

Nevertheless, around July 17, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement stating that he sells 'Nice A510 Cameras' on the Internet Nene website, and received 470,000 won from the victim to the new bank account in his own name on July 17, 2016, and received 4,605,000 won in total from nine victims, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received the victims' property and acquired it.

2. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant, who committed the crime of May 9, 2016, made a false statement that he would send the said Amateur to the victim D who reported and contacted that he would sell KRW 730,000 in the price of the goods by accessing the NAV Kaba (N) to the NA, “I would sell 9.7 Round Round 128 Round.”

However, the fact, however, was that the ID was broken at the time, and even if receiving the above money from the victim, it was not possible to sell the ID from the beginning.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 730,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (E) in the name of the Defendant.

3. On June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) written a false statement on the crime of June 9, 2016, stating that “Aphone 6s 64 are sold” on the Gabaon; and (b) sent 56,000 won to the victim F, who contacted the victim F, if he/she remitted the amount to KRW 56,00.

However, since the defendant did not have a phiphone at the time, there was no intention or ability to send a phiphone even if he receives the payment from the victim.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim, and thereby, from the victim, to the said Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant.
