Criminal facts
In 2014, the Defendant became aware of the Victim B (V, 49 years of age) around 2014 and became aware of it.
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);
A. On July 24, 2016, at around 14:00, the Defendant kept clothes from the victim’s body while trying to engage in a sexual intercourse with the victim, and taken pictures of the victim’s body using a camera of S7 smartphones when the Defendant’s galloned the victim’s body with the victim’s body.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

At around 14:00 on July 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) considered that the victim had met another male in Ansan-si member D and A in front of A, whose residence is the victim’s residence; and (b) was stored in his/her smartphone to three residents, including the victim’s shot E; and (c) was stored in his/her own smartphone.

Accordingly, the Defendant kept the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame in public against his will.

On July 27, 2016, around 14:35, at the place indicated in paragraph 1-A at around 14:35, the Defendant sent the videos listed in paragraph 1-A to F, who is the seat of the damaged party, using “G”, a smartphone conversation.
Accordingly, the Defendant distributed photographs taken against his will to the victim's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
2. Violence;
A. On July 25, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime in the market demanded that the victim present the list of mobile phone calls to the victim, considering that the victim had met another male in the citizen market, around 17:20 on July 25, 2016.
