Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2019, the Defendant sent cultural merchandise coupons to the M-site on October 30, 2019 on the date of the purchase and sale of cultural merchandise coupons at low-price, and on the designated date of the transfer of money after reservation.

“The victim B, who reported and contacted the Defendant’s comments, sent KRW 325,000 to the victim B, “on January 6, 2020, KRW 500,000,” a cultural merchandise coupon equivalent to KRW 500,000.

“A false representation was made.”

However, at the time of fact, the defendant had no intention or ability to purchase cultural merchandise coupons at a low price and supply them properly on the designated date because he/she had purchased cultural merchandise coupons at a fixed price and sent them to another purchaser.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 60,90,000 from the victim by deceiving the victim and then transferred to the N account (O) in the name of the Defendant from the victim on October 30, 2019, as well as from March 4, 2020, totaling KRW 60,905,50,00 from the 17 victims, from March 4, 2020, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (1).

On January 13, 2020, the Defendant sent a false statement to the Internet P, “The sales of the department store merchandise coupons,” and reported to the victim F, who sent a cultural merchandise coupon to the lower amount of money and sent the money to the victim F., who sent the money to the lower amount of money.”

However, at the time of fact, the defendant had no intention or ability to purchase cultural merchandise coupons at a low price and supply them properly on the designated date because he/she had purchased cultural merchandise coupons at a fixed price and sent them to another purchaser.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and 3,000,000 won from the N Account (O) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim, and the same day as the 14th day of the same month.
