A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant has been engaged in the purchase of goods from around 2000 to around 2018 at the victim B corporation.
The defendant was a person who had a duty to select the delivery company in good faith by fairly selecting the delivery company with a reasonable price after receiving a written estimate from various delivery companies for the victim company. In order to purchase the goods, the defendant was willing to prepare an order without internal approval to receive money from the delivery company after obtaining approval from the head of the planning team.
1. Private signature, forgery, and uttering of a false investigation or signature;
A. On August 1, 2018, the Defendant signed the “E” in the “Planning Team leader” column to the effect that “B shall purchase 120 net tower chain from D” at the victim’s office located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged E’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.
