Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, at the Suwon District Court on June 20, 2012, sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on January 24, 2013, is not a person handling narcotics, but a person handling narcotics.

1. On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.08gg of psychotropic drugs delivered from E to the Defendant’s psychotropic drugs, within K5 cars operated by the Defendant following D Hospital located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) administered them in a way that the Defendant injected the Defendant’s left arms into the bloodline of the Defendant’s left arms using a single-use injection device.
2. At around 03:00 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones delivered from H in the G Sti-type car operated by the Defendant, who was parked in front of the Defendant’s house 201 at the office of the Defendant, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).
3. At around 05:00 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones delivered from H at the home of the above Defendant, in the same manner as described in paragraph 1.

1. On April 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05 grams from I to 100,000 won in front of the license examination site in Ansan-si's Dong, and immediately administered 0.05 grams in the sports park in its nearby area by hanging it to coffee.
2. Around May 2013, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.05 gramphones from I to KRW 100,000,000 before the above licensing test site, and immediately administered the said gramphones in the sports park in the vicinity thereof, in a way of hanging them to coffee.
