A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs, even though there is no attack for a person handling narcotics:

1. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 gramphonephones received from E in the Defendant’s passenger car parked on the adjacent Doz in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S., Seoyang-si, Goyang-si around 03:00 on the first day of February 2014, in a way of sending them to coffee.

2. Around 00:30 on March 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.05g of philopon in a single-use injection machine purchased from E within the Defendant’s passenger car parked in front of the F apartment in Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu; (b) dilution with water; and (c) injected with the Defendant’s arms.

3. Around 04:00 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.05g of philopon in a single-use injection machine purchased from E within the Defendant’s passenger car parked in front of the above F apartment; (b) dilution with water; and (c) administered it in a way of injection to the Defendant’s arms.

4. On October 17, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 gopon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copher in the car of the Defendant parked in front of the Gtel in Yongsan-gu, Manyang-si, Mangsan-si, in a way that they drink in drinking water.

5. At around 23:50 on November 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) parked on the top of an officetel in front of Goyang-dong-dong-si Itel in Goyang-si; (b) inserted approximately 0.05g of philopon into the single-use injection machine; and (c) injected it into the Defendant’s arms by dilution it with water; and (d) injected it into the Defendant’s arms.

6. On December 11, 2014, at around 01:15, the Defendant placed approximately 0.05 grams of oponon in the Defendant’s car parked in front of the bruston officetel with H free of charge in a disposable injection machine, dilution with water, and medication with the Defendant’s arms.
