Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power, etc.] On February 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Mana prison on December 22, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 5, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant, parked on the street in the D market located in Daegu East-gu, Daegu-gu, and administered 0.03g of approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, for a single-use injection machine, by dilution them into the Defendant’s arms.

2. On March 6, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered the Defendant’s EBa car parked in front of the latter part of the F elementary school located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon into a one-time injection machine and dilution it into the Defendant’s arms.

3. On March 7, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant parked in the apartment complex parking lot near Daegu-gu G market, Daegu-gu, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams of philophonephones into the Defendant’s Eina car, and dilution with h’s biophones, and used h’s arms.

4. On March 7, 2016, at around 15:50, the Defendant kept one disposable injection machine, which contains approximately 0.03 galopon 0.1 glopon, located on the street in front of the J Office of J in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong Office I, and stored one copon lopon lopon lopon lopon lopon lopon lopon lopon lopn at the home page of the receipt space of J Office

5. Around 20:00 on March 7, 2016, the Defendant kept one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.1g of oponononon, one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.09g of oponononon, one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.09g of oponon, and one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.12g of oponon.

6. The Defendant: (a) around 14:10 on May 31, 2016, from the first floor toilet of the Daegu-gu Ma commercial building, on a penphone.
