Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A had weak ability to distinguish things or make decisions due to abuse of substances (oponphones and marijuana). A. The Defendant had weak ability to distinguish things.

On May 20, 2016, at around 20:10, the Defendant issued a disposable injection device for B containing 0.35g philopon in a G white flue vehicle, standing under F in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group E.

B. On May 19, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant put 0.07ghon in a single-use injection machine at the I Office operated by the Defendant in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group H, and dilutioned with bio-vescopon, and administered a injection on the left part.

C. On May 20, 2016, around 19:00, the Defendant parked in the K parking lot located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-nam budget-gun, for the Defendant’s operation, added the 0.07ggggopon into a one-time injection machine, added it into a bio-vesing machine, and injected it into the left part. D.

At around 22:30 on May 20, 2016, the Defendant told the day as if he were tobacco and added approximately 0.21g to it, and smoked as smoking.

E. At around 23:30 on May 20, 2016, the Defendant stored 0.21g of marijuana 0.21g, which was enclosed at the 102 parking lot in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and carried it in a bank.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 20, 2016, around 20:10 on May 20, 2016, the Defendant received one disposable injection device from A, one of which contains approximately 0.35 g philopon, within the G white motor vehicle operated by the Defendant, standing under the F in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group E.

B. The Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones at the time and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) by drinking them in water.

C. On May 20, 2016, at around 20:50, the Defendant kept one disposable injection machine, which contains 0.32g of philopon among the philopon received from the said small-scale car located behind N located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Unit, in the same vehicle, and possessed it.
