A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Seized evidence 1, 2, and 3 shall be confiscated.

The defendant shall pay compensation to the applicant.

On June 18, 1999, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny in the Seoul Central District Court for a maximum of 8 months, 6 months, 1 year and 6 months from the Seoul Central District Court for larceny, etc. on September 28, 200, 1 year and 6 months from the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon Central District Court on March 6, 2003, 4 years from the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Central District Court on April 12, 2005, and 2 years and 6 months from the imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on March 18, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence from the Seoul Central District Court on April 14, 2018.

Criminal facts

1. Around July 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief), damaged property, and invaded upon residence on the part of the victim E (hereinafter referred to as the “victim E”) of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment complex H. 1205, and opened an emergency door so that the emergency door may be damaged to the sum of the repair cost, and then intruded into the house to the extent of KRW 30 million ($ 340,000), KRW 30,000 ($ 440,000), KRW 2 million in the market price, KRW 300,000,000, KRW 300,000 per annum, and KRW 1,500,000 per market price, and KRW 281,00,000,000 per annum and KRW 981,000,00 per market price.

In addition to the above crimes, from July 13, 2018 to July 13, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the entrances, etc. of the victims' dwellings at least eight times, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, and stolen the property by intrusion upon the residence.

Accordingly, the defendant has been sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny and completed the execution of the last imprisonment, and then stealss the victims' property during the period of repeated crime.
