A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The seized evidence shall be returned to the person who has lost the name of each victim as referred to in subparagraphs 4 through 7.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On July 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and on June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court). On October 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on September 5, 2014, and on November 20, 2014, the Seoul High Court sentenced the Defendant to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) at the first intersection of North Korean Branch on March 5, 2017.

[2] Around July 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim D’s cell phone period, which was invested in the her mother, was placed on the bed and stolen with the above phone unit; and (b) stolen the goods and cash amounting to KRW 4,760,000 in total ten times, as indicated in the separate crime list, at around 12:00, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 4,760,000, as indicated in the separate crime list.

The Defendant, on May 2017, 2017, 2637, at the home of the victim F, who was a police officer in Ansan-si E and 138 dong 401, and the victim’s wife G, who was in Ansan-si, with the toilets, used the gap in the victim’s care and surveillance, to take advantage of the toilets, 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 1250,000 won in the market price, 1 half of 24K net gold, 1 half of 80,000 won in the market price, 1 half of 24,000 won in the market price, 1 half of 4,200,000 won in the market price, 1 half of 1,320,000 won in the market price, 1 half of 1,430,000 won in the market price, and 1,41,640,000 won in the market price.
