A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Chapters 1 through 5 of seized evidence and Chapter 92 of the Oral Power among 8 of these subparagraphs, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On August 29, 200, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in October, 200; six months from the Seoul Central District Court's imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; on October 23, 2001; on January 8, 2003, one year and six months from the Seoul Central District Court's imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on July 7, 2004, two years from the Seoul Western District Court's punishment for larceny; on August 31, 2007, six months from the Seoul Western District Court's punishment for larceny; on December 29, 2010, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court's final judgment on September 25, 2014; on September 24, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to the suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny;

1. The defendants habitually commit the thief in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes
A.
