Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant operated a salt farm with the trade name of “E salt farm” in two places, including Jeonnam-gun, Shinan-gun (16,347 square meters) and D (14,248 square meters). Based on the fact that the victims do not exercise their right to claim wages due to lack of their intellectual and historical ability compared to the general public, the quasi-Fraud Defendant committed an act as if the victims did not have the intent or ability to pay normal wages to the victims, and had them work in the salt farm operated by them and had them take the work.
